Sarah Gundry is a master’s-level Counselling Psychology practicum student who is qualified to provide counselling under clinical supervision and is in the process of registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Sarah supports adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, medical trauma, and the emotional impact of changing physical or cognitive abilities. She also has a special interest in working with university students, retired athletes adjusting to life beyond elite sport, and members of the LGBTQ2S+ community.

Her approach is warm, offering a grounded space where clients can feel seen, understood, and supported. Drawing on person-centred, compassion-focused, and somatic orientations, she helps clients reconnect with themselves and move toward meaningful change.
